FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE– NASHVILLE, TN (OCT. 24TH, 2025)– Today, rising Nashville-based contemporary country artist Hunter Jordan released his latest offering, “Smoke,” featuring longtime collaborator & tourmate, Hunter Chastain. Produced by Jacob Lutz (song cuts with Corey Kent, Zach John King & Drake White) and written by Ethan Willis, Garrett Biggs (“Momma Didn’t Raise No”), Sam Johnson and Hunter himself, the country-rock anthem will leave listeners feeling amped up and proud of their hometown roots. Speaking about “Smoke” and inviting Chastain to be on the track, he shares,
“Hunter Chastain felt like the perfect fit for ‘Smoke.’ We both are big Brantley Gilbert fans, so we channelled our own kind of country-rock through the song.”
“Smoke” is also the fourth track released ahead of Hunter’s upcoming debut EP, HOMETOWN HEROES. Each track features independent talent based in and around Nashville, highlighting Hunter’s collaborative spirit and support for his peers. The fifth and final track will be released along with the complete EP one week from today, on Oct. 31st. Speaking more about the project, he shares,
“I pieced together the best artists I could find.” He continues, “I wanted to find a way to bring myself and their music together to create something awesome that would give us a platform.” Adding, “This is HOMETOWN HEROES Vol. 1, so my hope is that we’ll do other volumes as time goes by.”
Hunter recently surpassed 4.1 M+ digital streams in his career discography and had a viral Instagram Reel for his single “LIKE YOU STILL LOVE ME,” with 1 M+ views & counting.
